Cancellation / Refund Policy / House Rules:

Cancellation / Refund Policy -
Cancellation amount will be deducted from the total booking amount , and not from the 50% that you pre deposited.
For any cancellations made after booking a room with us, a compulsory deduction of 5% will be made from the total booking amount.
For cancellations done before 15-10days from the scheduled date of check in, an amount of 10% will be deducted from the total booking amount. Rest of the money will be refundable.
For cancellations done before 10-5 days from the scheduled date of check in, an amount of 20% will be deducted from the total booking amount and rest of the money will be refundable.
For cancellations done before 5- 3 days from the scheduled date of check in, an amount of 30% will be deducted from the booking amount and rest of the money will be refundable.
For cancellations made within 48hrs to the scheduled check in date, *no refund* shall be provided.

Please note -
Cancellations made under natural circumstances, like road blockage, heavy snowfall, will be negotiable only if you ensure to inform the hotel management with a suitable cause. In such cases, an amount of 5% will be deducted from the total booking amount and rest of the amount will be refundable.

Refund Timeline -
Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the original payment method, provided bank account, or another agreed payment mode within 03 working days.

House Rules -
Guests are required to show a photo identification card upon check-in.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Postponement or preponement of bookings are subject to availability.
Check-in - From 14:00 hours , Check-out - Until 11:00 hours .
Hotel allows a child up to 06 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding.
Children aged 07 years and above are considered as adults at this property.
Extra bed upon request ₹ 500 per person, per night.
Pets are not allowed.
